• We appointed Paul White to take over the full renovation of our detached home. The project ran from November 2025 to March 2026 and included a rear extension, new roof, complete rewire, roof lanterns, bi-fold doors, underfloor heating, solar panels, a bespoke kitchen and three bathrooms. Paul was professional, reliable and an excellent communicator throughout. He helped us resolve issues left by the previous contractor, working closely with our quantity surveyor, architect and building control to keep the project on track. His practical knowledge and problem-solving skills were invaluable. The quality of workmanship and project management was excellent, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. We were so pleased with the outcome that we subsequently instructed Paul to carry out further groundworks, including an imprinted concrete driveway, rear patio, retaining walls and garden paths. We would highly recommend Paul White for renovation, extension and groundwork projects.

• We brought Paul in after our previous builder left our extension in a terrible state, including leaving part of the roof missing, exposing the area where our boiler was located. Paul managed to fit us in as quickly as possible to make the property safe and get the project back on track.
  
  What stood out most was the amount of thought and care he put into every stage of the build. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why, and his communication throughout was excellent, always putting us at ease.
  
  He also has a fantastic team around him. Andy, the bricklayer, particularly stood out as someone who is clearly a master of his craft, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.
  
  Whenever any issues arose during the build, Paul dealt with them promptly and professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. He was a real lifesaver for us.

• Paul took on the full renovation of my property, including full project management. All works were completed to a high standard, leaving a very high level of finish. Following the completion of the work I also hired Paul to build a 3x3.5 metre extension and new driveway. Again, we were very pleased with the work completed.

• Right from our first discussion, and seeing where the conversion was going to be carried out in the house, Paul gave me a very good feel regarding his approach, knowledge and professionalism towards the job. Within a few days the quote promised duly arrived. The quote was very thorough indeed, clearly stating(as discussed) what had to be done, with part costs, and the overall cost. All the tradesmen working alongside Paul turned up when he said they would, fully supporting the professional job Paul was doing himself and in charge of. Paul often showed me what was going on, especially where foundations needed digging and steel fabricated concrete used to support an existing resin driveway. After discussion Paul organised everything. Materials, Skip, keeping the work area tidy, excellent. A finishing date was given, and if it hadn’t been for some unbelievably wet weather in mid-November, pebble-dashing of the outer toilet wall would have been finished on time too. Three separate payments were discussed; deposit, new window and toilet hardware, plus final payment. Paul is a very good communicator, showing a lot of pride and satisfaction in the work he does. I would completely recommend Paul’s company to anybody thinking about small, medium, or large building/conversion jobs. Many thanks, Richard.
